REVALT Plans · Core / Daily / Priority

Less burden. More support. A better way to move.

A REVALT is two things: a bike you ride and a service that rides with you. The bike you rent monthly or buy outright. The plan — Core, Daily or Priority — is the layer of intelligence, protection and support wrapped around it. This page explains the plans: what every rider gets regardless, what each tier adds, and exactly how the numbers combine.

  • Same three plans for renters and owners
  • Switch tiers anytime, self-service
  • Basic features permanent when you buy

The model

The bike is one decision. The plan is another.

Most e-bike pricing hides the service inside the bike price, or the bike inside the subscription. REVALT refuses to blur them — because keeping them separate is what makes both fair.

Every REVALT listing offers the same two doors. Rent: a monthly price for the bike itself, always paired with a plan, and REVALT keeps looking after the machine you ride. Buy: a one-time price, the bike is yours, and the plan becomes a genuine choice rather than a condition.

The plan is the part people underestimate. It isn’t an app unlock — it’s the operational half of the product: predictive route intelligence, security escalation when a bike moves without you, service slots that exist when you need them, a human who answers. The bike gets you moving; the plan keeps you moving.

Six rules govern how the two components combine. They’re short, and they never bend.

  1. The plan never prices the bike

Core, Daily and Priority price the software and service layer only — the intelligence, the support, the protection. The bike itself is billed separately: a monthly rent if you hire it, a one-time price if you buy it. Two components, two lines, always visible.

  2. A renter’s total is always rent + plan

Hire The REVALT at £49 a month on the Core plan and your total is £49 + £79 = £128 a month — one payment, two parts, both shown before you commit. There is no hidden bundling and no “from” price that turns out to mean something else.

  3. One plan catalogue, one set of prices

A rider who owns their bike and a rider who rents one choose from exactly the same three plans at exactly the same prices. There are no separate one-time feature purchases and no owner’s surcharge — the plan is the plan.

  4. Renting always includes a plan

Every rental carries a plan — Core by default, switchable to Daily or Priority at checkout or any time after. Core is the floor while the rental is active: a rented REVALT is never on the road without its service layer.

  5. Buying keeps basic forever

Buy the bike outright and the essential app features — lock and unlock, basic GPS, route input, community, standard support — are yours permanently, plan or no plan. Subscribe later if you want the advanced depth; cancel and you fall back to basic, never to nothing.

  6. One bike, one account

An account holds at most one active bike, rented or owned. It keeps the fleet honest, the service commitments real, and every bike traceable to the rider responsible for it. Returning a rental frees the slot for whatever comes next.

Included with every plan

Before any tier, the foundation.

Eight things no REVALT rider ever pays extra for. For renters this is the baseline of every plan; for owners it's permanent with the bike, subscription or not. The tiers only ever add depth on top — they never take from this.

Bike access

Your REVALT, delivered and ready — hired with any plan, or owned outright if you bought it.

Check My Commute

Route-fit guidance that matches your daily ride to the right model and the right plan.

Full app access

The REVALT app is the platform, not a perk — every rider gets all of it, always.

Lock, unlock & ride visibility

Smart lock control and a live view of your bike and rides, from your first day.

Basic security

Baseline GPS visibility and security standing behind every bike on the platform.

Essential maintenance

Keep the bike roadworthy — order servicing through the app whenever it needs attention.

Rider profile & care score

Your riding history and care score, building from ride one and following you between plans.

Ecosystem access

The rider community — announcements, route updates and the people riding the same streets.

The plans

Choose the plan that fits the way you move.

Three tiers, one ladder: each plan contains everything below it and sharpens the same features further. Occasional rider, daily commuter, or rider whose bike pays the rent — the question is only how much depth your routine deserves.

Prices are directional and confirmed at checkout. Which advanced features sit in which tier is being finalised with riders now — your plan updates automatically, and switching tiers is always self-service, in either direction, with no notice period.

Renting · how the total builds

One monthly figure, two honest parts.

A rental payment is always bike rent plus plan — added in the open, never blended. Pick any model, pick any tier, and the total is exactly the sum you can see below. Change the plan and only the plan line moves; the bike rent never shifts underneath you.

The bike stays REVALT’s responsibility — delivery, servicing and the plan’s protections ride with it for as long as you rent.

Switch plans mid-rental and the totals above simply re-add from your next billing cycle. The rent line never moves.

Done riding? Cancel, return the bike, and the plan ends with the rental — no orphaned subscription left running.

Buying instead?

Own the bike. Keep the basics forever.

Buying a REVALT is a clean transaction: one price, the bike is yours, and the essential app features come with it permanently — not as a trial, not for a year, but for as long as you ride it.

An owner’s account never expires into uselessness. Lock and unlock, basic GPS, route planning, the community, standard support, your ride log — that layer is bought with the bike and it stays. Servicing works pay-per-visit through the app whenever you need a mechanic, with no membership required.

The plans are the same three every renter chooses from, at the same prices. Add one at purchase or any month later, and the advanced layer switches on over the top of what you already have: theft response, predictive intelligence, priority servicing, deep analytics. Cancel whenever you like and the account settles back onto its permanent basic layer. The bike never notices — it’s yours either way.

That symmetry is deliberate. Riders shouldn’t have to choose a worse plan because of how they financed the bike, and nobody should feel their own property held hostage by a subscription.

Plain answers

The questions everyone asks before choosing.

The whole model in seven answers — the same rules from the top of the page, applied to the situations riders actually ask about.

Yes — renting always includes a plan, and Core is the default if you don’t choose one. Think of it as the floor, not a lock-in: you can switch to Daily or Priority at checkout or any time during the rental, and the plan simply ends when the rental ends and the bike goes back.

No. Buying outright includes the basic app features permanently: lock and unlock, basic GPS, route input, community access, standard support and your ride log. Nothing on the plan page is required to own and ride your bike. A plan adds the advanced layer on top — and you can add one at purchase or months later, whenever it earns its keep.

Never. The plan prices the software and service layer, so Core costs the same whether you ride a RevFold-Go or a RevAdvance. What changes per model is the bike component — its monthly rent if you hire, its one-time price if you buy.

Anytime, in either direction, self-service from your account. Upgrades and downgrades take effect with your billing cycle — no calls, no notice periods, no penalty for moving down when your routine changes.

It depends which component you cancel. A renter cancels the rental: the bike is returned and the plan ends with it. A subscribed owner cancels the plan: the advanced features switch off and the account falls back to basic — the bike and the basic features are permanent and untouched.

No — one active bike per account, rented or owned. If you’re renting and want a different model, return the current bike first and the slot frees up immediately.

They’re directional. The plan structure — three tiers, one catalogue for renters and owners — is locked, but the exact figures are confirmed at checkout, where the total you see is the total you pay.
